Observation

The director reports the child was bitten once because the teacher was not able to actively supervise during diaper changing. The director reports she had asked the teacher to wait for her to return to the rooms so she could support in active supervision. The teacher did not wait, resulting in the child being hurt. The teacher reports she was unable to provide active supervision for all children due to the activity level of the children in the class, sometimes resulting in a biting incident.
